Los Olivos

Thanks to those who have asked for sheet music for the Los Olivos cue - I am working on it. The Sideways Jazz band has it in their touring repertoire, so I shall endeavour to create a lead sheet from the live version.

Meanwhile I am going into week 3 on HEAVEN; it's taking a lot of focus to compose such detailed orchestral music, but I am enjoying the process. The schedule just got shorter, and I have nearly one hour of score to create, so I am feeling the pressure. But the film is really enjoyable to work on, and I can't wait to hear the live orchestra playing this score.

Rolfe, I only wanted to tell you how glad I am to find your website. I love your music specially since my first listen to your work in the outstanding and marvelous score you did for "About Schmidt". Your last work with Director Payne was one of the greatest music works I have ever listen to. "Miles and Maya" ssys so much about your quality and humanity both as film composer and human being.

Hi Rolfe:
I love Sideways score. Id love to get tracks that doesnt appear on the current cd. Is it possible?
Its a pity that you didnt get an Oscar nomination. The score was a truly Oscar Winner!
